Sasha Crawley
Assistant Head Teacher
I started my career over ten years ago in the UK and have gained a wealth of experience in education both internationally and in England. As a finalist for Mariamma Varkey Global Award for the most Inspiring and Aspirational Teachers, I strives to provide the highest quality of education and unique learning experiences for all students. Having taught all year groups from Foundation Stage 1 to Year 6, I have applied my knowledge and experience to leadership through various positions, including Early Years Foundation Leader to Assistant Head of Primary, Key Stage Two.
I believe all students are High Performing Learners; ensuring each child develops their personalised skillset to overcome challenges, take risks and persevere to reach their ambitious aspirations. Happiness, health and wellbeing is of the highest priority to me and I endeavor to entwine this throughout all aspects of learning. Clear and regular communication between teachers and parents is fundamental to the development of the young people at GEMS FirstPoint School. I foster a true partnership between school and home, which in turn supports students in becoming well rounded, global citizens ready for the exciting world ahead.
