Starting her career over ten years ago in the UK, Miss Crawley has gained a wealth of experience in education both internationally and in England. As a finalist for Mariamma Varkey Global Award for the most Inspiring and Aspirational Teachers, Miss Crawley strives to provide the highest quality of education and unique learning experiences for all students. Having taught all year groups from Foundation Stage 1 to Year 6, Miss Crawley has applied her knowledge and experience to leadership through various positions, including Early Years Foundation Leader to Assistant Head of Primary, Key Stage Two.
Miss Crawley believes all students are High Performing Learners; ensuring each child develops their personalised skillset to overcome challenges, take risks and persevere to reach their ambitious aspirations. Happiness, health and wellbeing is of the highest priority to Miss Crawley and she endeavors to entwine this throughout all aspects of learning. Clear and regular communication between teachers and parents is fundamental to the development of the young people at GEMS FirstPoint School. Miss Crawley fosters a true partnership between school and home, which in turn supports students in becoming well rounded, global citizens ready for the exciting world ahead.
