Early Leaders Programme

Giving our students insight and exposure into real world business scenarios

What is the Early Leaders Programme?

This programme is a transformational experience which has been developed by a panel of industry experts and leading educationalists from Harvard, Cambridge and INSEAD who work in top companies including Google, Goldman Sachs, Procter & Gamble & Pwc. It teaches key expert life learnings in a stimulating and age appropriate way.

The objective is to equip participants with skills required to start developing their interests into careers from an early age. The course gives students exposure and insight to real-world scenarios that they will find themselves in in the future.

Modules include Networking, Brand management, Finance Careers, Negotiations, Business Simulation, University Pitches and Decision Making. Participants also receive 1-1 feedback from experts to develop their oral personal statements which they then present to a Guest Speaker at the Finale event. Here they also receive awards for their accomplishments.
