I am very excited to join the Gems FirstPoint family.
The school’s ethos matches my own educational philosophy of ensuring development and success for every child. I am passionate about education and believe every child can achieve, if not exceed, their targets. I love teaching and ensure my lessons are engaging and challenging, through the use of a variety of pedagogical approaches.
I am research-driven and I’m always looking for ways to improve both the curriculum and the teaching and learning not just within my own lessons but those of the school as a whole.
